LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CASINO CIRSA VALENCIA RAFFLE RAFFLE FOR A PAIR OF TICKETS TO THE EURO PARTY EVENT ON 17 MAY AT CASINO CIRSA VALENCIA
1. DEFINITIONS
Raffle: Refers to the “Win a double ticket to the EURO Party!” contest organised by Casino Cirsa Valencia under the terms and conditions described in these Rules, in connection with the Casino Cirsa Valencia promotion on Instagram.
Organiser/Casino Cirsa Valencia: CASINO CIRSA VALENCIA, S.A.U., hereinafter “Casino Cirsa Valencia”
Territory: The territorial scope of the Contest shall be the province of Valencia, excluding all other participants from other territories.
2. ORGANISER This Contest is organised by Casino Cirsa Valencia, with registered office at Avenida Cortes Valencianas 59, 46015 (Valencia), and Tax Identification Number A46114336.
3. VALIDITY PERIOD
The validity period of the Contest, during which participants may enter, begins on 12 May 2025 and ends on 14 May 2025 at 23:59.
Casino Cirsa Valencia reserves the right to suspend, postpone, cancel or modify the indicated duration, provided there are justified reasons for doing so, giving sufficient notice of this through the company’s social media channels.
4. PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
The purpose of this Contest is an advertising campaign called “Win a double ticket to the EURO Party!”, which aims to raise awareness of Casino Cirsa Valencia’s Instagram profile by raffling off the prize detailed in Clause Five among all participants.
5. PRIZE
ONE winner will benefit from this raffle.
Participants who, in accordance with these rules, are declared winners of the Contest, will be entitled to receive the following prize package (hereinafter, the “Prize”), which includes:
– One (1) pair of tickets to the event on 17 May at our venue entitled EURO Party! held to celebrate the Eurovision Song Contest.
In total, there will be one (1) winner who will receive a double ticket, i.e. one ticket for themselves and their companion, which can only be used for the aforementioned event. Up to three (3) substitutes will also be drawn in the event that the initial winners of the draw cannot be located.
6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
6.1. Only individuals over the age of 18, residing in Valencia and/or the surrounding area, may participate in the Contest.
6.2. The Competition is only open to users with an Instagram account. The account may be public or private, provided that it complies with the competition rules described in point 7.1.
6.3. The number of entries allowed per user in the Competition during the validity period is unlimited. Participants may enter as many times as they wish, provided that they mention different people in their comments.
6.4. Participation in the Contest is free of charge; no purchase is necessary to participate.
6.5. Express acceptance of these Rules is a necessary condition for participation in the Contest and, consequently, for obtaining the Prize. Participants are deemed to have accepted the Rules by participating in the Contest in accordance with the procedure set out in these Rules.
6.6. Failure by any participant to comply with the conditions set out in these Rules will result in the automatic cancellation of their participation. Similarly, any false statement, fraud, evidence of false identity or address, or infringement of third-party rights will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant and, where applicable, the obligation to return the Prize if it has already been awarded.
6.7. Persons who have been involved in the organisation of the Competition, employees of Casino Cirsa Valencia, any company that has a stake in Casino Cirsa Valencia or any company linked to Casino Cirsa Valencia, their relatives, advertising agencies or promotional agencies related to the promotion, and all companies involved in the running of this Competition are not eligible to participate.
6.8. Casino Cirsa Valencia may take any decisions necessary to resolve any contingencies and conflicts that may arise during the course of the Competition, provided that such decisions do not unduly prejudice the participants and are fair.
7. HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
7.1. Entries must be submitted via Instagram and may be entered as follows:
To participate, go to the post where the contest is being held with the name “Sorteo, ¡Gana una entrada doble para la EURO Party!” (Giveaway, Win a double ticket to the EURO Party!)
Follow the instructions indicated in the caption:
– Follow Casino Cirsa Valencia on Instagram.
– Like the aforementioned post.
– Comment on the post mentioning at least one person.
– A participant may not mention the same person in two different comments.
Likewise, it is an essential condition for participation in the Contest to comply with each and every one of the conditions of participation described in these Rules.
Participants must comply with the aforementioned conditions and keep their response public until the end of the Validity Period or they will be disqualified.
8. SELECTION OF WINNERS
8.1. From among all the comments, the winners who meet the conditions of participation will be selected by lottery and will be awarded the PRIZE.
8.2. The winner will be selected through AppSorteos. There will be 1 winner and 3 alternates for the prize.
9. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
9.1. The names of the winning participants will be published within seven working days of the end of the competition, in the same post and in stories.
9.2. Casino Cirsa Valencia will contact the winning participants within a maximum of 2 working days from the resolution of the draw via direct message to their respective accounts on the social network through which they participated.
9.3. If the winning participants do not accept the Prize within 1 working day of being notified of their status as winners, if they have breached these Terms and Conditions, or if they cannot be located, Casino Cirsa Valencia will contact the next reserve winners in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 9.2.
9.4. If the winners and, where applicable, the reserve winners do not accept the Prize within 2 days of being notified of their status as winners, if they have breached these Rules, or if they cannot be located, Casino Cirsa Valencia reserves the right to declare the Prize void.
9.5. The Prize will be delivered to the winners by Casino Cirsa Valencia.

9.6. The Prize is subject to these Terms and Conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Prize cannot be changed, altered or compensated at the request of the winners of the Contest. If the winning contestants reject the Prize, no alternative will be offered. The Prize shall be personal and non-transferable.
9.7. In accordance with applicable tax regulations, winners are required to declare the Prize obtained in their personal income tax return, as applicable. The holding of the draw and the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.
9.8. Casino Cirsa Valencia is exempt from any liability for the taxation of the prizes in the draw. Winners shall be responsible for any tax or fiscal charges that may arise from accepting the prize, as well as any other expenses arising from the promotion that are not expressly assumed by Casino Cirsa Valencia in these Legal Terms and Conditions.
9.9. Casino Cirsa Valencia is not responsible for the use of the Prize by the winners and assumes no responsibility for any damage or harm of any kind that may be suffered by the winners, participants or third parties.
10. DATA PROTECTION
10.1. In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, the “LOPD”) and its implementing regulations, we inform you that the purpose of the Contest is to promote the products and services of Casino Cirsa Valencia among the participants in the Contest, and to this end, your data will be incorporated into a file for which Casino Cirsa Valencia, with registered office at Avenida Cortes Valencianas 59, 46015 (Valencia), is responsible.
10.2. By participating in the Contest, you expressly consent to the processing of your data for the purpose of managing your participation in the Contest, including, where applicable, the publication of your status as a winning participant on the Contest Page.
10.3. We inform you that you may revoke your consent at any time, without having to justify your decision, by simply notifying Casino Cirsa Valencia by any means. In any case, you are informed that revoking your consent during the Contest will make it impossible for you to continue participating in it. Likewise, we inform you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation by sending a written communication to the address indicated in section 10.1 above, together with a copy of your ID card or equivalent supporting document, indicating the right you wish to exercise. Furthermore, you undertake to notify Casino Cirsa Valencia of any changes to your personal data so that it is
up to date at all times and does not contain any errors. You also declare that the data you provide us with is accurate and truthful.
