Our restaurant, ONE VLC, is the main restaurant at Casino Cirsa Valencia. It stands out for its wine cellar, its renowned homemade desserts, and, above all, its meticulous interior design by renowned designers such as Andreu World and Punt Mobles, as well as international names like Philippe Starck and Fornasetti.

The culinary offerings are crafted by our team in the kitchens of Casino Cirsa Valencia. They create their dishes with our guests’ tastes and preferences in mind, resulting in a menu of international dishes that emphasizes seasonal ingredients, locally sourced products, and the flavors of our region.

Our culinary team regularly designs set menus that include wine pairings, taking into account the seasonality of the ingredients and the culinary preferences of our guests. The One VLC Restaurant is updated each season to suit every time of day, offering the menu that appeals to you most—which one will you choose?

Bar One

Located next to the restaurant, Bar ONE is the first space you’ll come across after passing through the Casino’s reception area. Its 10-square-meter HD screen makes it the go-to spot for groups who want to watch sports broadcasts and for events that aim to offer a firsthand experience of the Casino’s most authentic atmosphere.

Designed as the Casino’s most casual dining spot, it offers a menu with options for any time of day or night.
