With the “Wine & Flamenco Experience” editions, Casino Cirsa go one step further to promote Valencian wines as these tastings are conducted in English. are specially designed to bring Valencian wines closer to its large number of foreign customers. After the tasting, Cirsa Valencia offers a tasting of signature tapas and an exciting flamenco show that thrills and dazzles this demanding public in equal parts.
Gastronomy and dance, a tribute to the senses that come together on 29th november at 7pm in the emblematic building on Avenida de Cortes Valencianas. Tristan van Doorn, international sommelier, will oversee guiding the attendees through the universe of testing, smells and textures of the Valencian wines selected for this experience:

Afterwards, you will enjoy some delicious signature tapas prepared by our Executive Chef: Scallop and mango ceviche, Brioche with Cantabrian anchovy 00, grated tomato and red miso mayonnaise and a delicious octopus, pumpkin and Iberian bacon skewer.
Finally, “A Compás”, the exciting flamenco music and dance show, offered by AIRE, a quintet of musicians who will make you vibrate with their flamenco art.
